This documentary examines the life of William Kunstler, who made his name defending innumerable controversial folks. It’s especially interesting, as his career is seen through the eyes of his daughters who were often ambivalent about his choice of client. But if the purpose of the law is to achieve justice, then don’t bad people deserve a strong defense as much as the good? Both daughters will be in attendance at the screenings. Recommended.
